Anodic oxidation
-
● operational principle: Anodized aluminum profile refers to the process of aluminum and its alloy in the corresponding electrolyte and anode, under the action of external current under specific process conditions. But the oxide film formed by the appearance of the anodic aluminum oxide is different from the general oxide film, and the anodic aluminum oxide can be stained with electrolytic color.
-
● Anodizing process: Surface pretreatment {oil removal} - -anodic oxidation- -staining or coloring- -high temperature or low temperature sealing hole- -washing- -drying- -packaging for storage.

-
● Merit:
1. corrosion resistance and wear resistance, good insulation, high temperature resistance, 1500℃ high temperature resistance.
2. protective layer, not easy to fall off.
3. It can improve the hardness of the metal surface.
4. Show the metal texture of the whole aluminum alloy workpiece.
● Shortcoming:
1. The oxide film on the surface, such as damage, can not be repaired on site.
2. Environmental pollution is serious, in the production process, there will be a large amount of waste water and waste gas.
3. The oxide film is easy to mix with impurities and turn yellow; if the concentration of sulfuric acid in the oxidation process is not well mastered, the corrosion resistance of the profile surface is easily reduced.
