Fluorocarbon spraying
-
● Principles of the fluorocarbon spraying process: Fluorocarbon spraying is a multi-layer, high-grade spraying technology, widely used in the field of outdoor construction. Usually to spray three layers (two bottom powder and a layer of flour) in the industry called electrostatic spraying, also called liquid spraying.

● Fluorocarbon spraying process flow: Surface early treatment (oil removal, no heating, drying) spray the first bottom powder —— spray the second powder —— the third powder cover —— into the high temperature furnace-curing treatment —— film packaging —— warehousing finished product warehouse.

● Merit:
1. Excellent anti-fade resistance, frost resistance, resistance to air pollution, strong resistance to ultraviolet light.
2. Excellent corrosion resistance, good surface wear resistance.
3. Maintenance-free and self-cleaning. Surface dust can be self-cleaning through rain, excellent hydrophobic (maximum water absorption rate is less than 5%) and oil, very small friction coefficient (0.15-0.17), not sticky dust scaling, antifouling is good.
4. Ultra-long weather tolerance. The coating contains a large number of F-C bonds, which determines its super stability, not pulverized, not fade, service life up to 20 years, has better performance than any other class of coating.
● Shortcoming:
1. Special production equipment, so the cost is high and the price is high.
2. solvent type coating, easily volatile, production, will produce dazzling unpleasant gas, workshop workers even leave tears. Because of its chemical properties is easy to produce volatile substances, light preservation, hardness is slightly weak.
